We highly recommend checking our Size Chart before placing your order. Since we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes, the best method is to measure a jacket or hoodie you already own that fits well and compare it to our measurements.

We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request changes or cancellation. Once production begins (usually after 24 hours or after mock-up approval), we can no longer make changes.

For the best quality embroidery or print, we prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution images (PNG, JPG) with a transparent background (at least 300 DPI). If your file quality is too low, our team may need to redraw it for a small fee to ensure it looks crisp.

No! You can order a single custom jacket just for yourself. However, ordering in bulk significantly reduces the cost per item.

To keep your custom gear looking fresh, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly over printed designs or embroidery.

We try our best to match colors as closely as possible. If you have a specific Pantone (PMS) color code for your team or brand, please include it in the order notes. Otherwise, we will use our standard industry thread and fabric colors that most closely match your design.
