Our platform allows you to design and customize your own apparel. You upload your design, logos, and choose placement directly through our custom builder. Once your order is finalized and placed, our team manufactures the product according to your exact specifications.
Because all products are custom-made to order, production begins shortly after an order is submitted. Please double-check all details—including design placement, sizing, and artwork—before placing your order. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
We provide a detailed Size Chart on our website for every product. We strongly encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Since every item is custom-produced based on your selection, we are not responsible for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer. Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to wrong size selection.
Customers are fully responsible for the artwork, design placement, logos, text, and graphics submitted. We manufacture items strictly based on the design files and instructions provided at checkout. We are not responsible for customer errors, including low-resolution graphics, typos, incorrect design placement, or wrong logo uploads.
In cases where third-party materials, blanks, or accessories are utilized, we are not responsible for inherent third-party material properties or slight variations beyond our manufacturing control.
Our standard production and turnaround time is 10 business days.
While we strive to meet our 10-day timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to out-of-stock raw materials or unforeseen external circumstances beyond our control (such as carrier disruptions or customs delays). In such cases, production or shipping times may be extended. We will notify you promptly if any unexpected delay affects your order.
We use fast and reliable express shipping services such as DHL and FedEx to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Small Orders (1–3 pieces): Shipped via premium express courier services (DHL / FedEx) for fast delivery.
Bulk Orders: Shipped using specialized bulk shipping and logistics methods tailored to lower shipping costs for high-volume orders. Details are provided at checkout or during order confirmation
Once a package is handed over to the courier (DHL/FedEx), transit times and potential courier or customs delays are outside of our direct control. We provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Custom-manufactured products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or production error made on our end.
We hold ourselves accountable for clear manufacturing errors, such as:
A torn or defective seam/stitch upon delivery.
Misplacement of logos caused by our production team (for example, if you specified and approved a front-chest logo placement, but we produced it on the back).
If you receive an item with a clear production fault or defect, please contact our support team within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving your package. Please include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue. If confirmed as our manufacturing error, we will gladly recreate or replace the affected item for you.
